TERMS OF SPRINT & SERVICE SLA

SLA STANDARD: 48-HOUR

1. SCOPE OF PRODUCTION

Creative Punch Media operates on structured high-velocity creative sprints and monthly scale retainers:

  • Test Sprint ($1,450): Includes 4 Core Angles, 12 Modular 9:16 Video Hook Variations, Native Voiceover & Captions, and 48-hour delivery SLA on hook cuts upon brief alignment.
  • Growth Scale Retainer ($2,450/mo): Includes 8 High-Velocity Modular UGC Ads (24 Hook Variations), Competitor Library Scraping, Raw 4K Footage Vault, and Dedicated Slack Media Buyer Channel.
  • Scale Engine Retainer ($3,950/mo): Includes 12 Modular Angles (48 Hook Variations), High-Volume Creator Sourcing, and Turnkey TikTok Spark Ad Authorization Codes.

2. 48-HOUR TURNAROUND SLA

The 48-hour delivery window commences once the intake brief is signed off and physical products (if required) arrive at our production studio. Turnaround applies to standard business hours (Monday through Friday).

3. REVISION POLICY

We provide unlimited iterations on copy, captions, pacing, soundtrack, and audio mixes within the original brief scope. Net-new creative concepts or brand pivots outside the approved brief require a separate sprint allocation.

4. 100% PERPETUAL COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

Upon receipt of invoice payment, full intellectual property and perpetual commercial advertising rights for all delivered video files and exported cuts transfer entirely to the client with zero royalty fees.

5. BILLING & PAYMENT

Sprint fees and monthly retainers are invoiced upon booking confirmation. Due to the rapid allocation of creator casting and production resources, sprint payments are non-refundable once concept scripting and filming have begun.
